21 August 2008.  Check out our pictures from GMA TV’s feature on Bourbon Street.  Chef Miner del Mundo, our Executive Consulting Chef, cooked two dishes from our menu.

SEAFOOD CREOLE – One of Bourbon Street’s signature dishes.  This dish has been on our menu since we opened on 15 January 2007.  This is also one of our top-selling items.  This is made with fresh shrimps, squid and fish fillet with our signature creole tomato sauce.

PORK ‘N’ BACON – A popular dish among our regulars, we made this even better by cooking it Sous Vide for 6 hours.  The result?  A more tender and flavorful pork dish.  Incomparable.
